DearPaw provides an AI-driven pet care companion as described on www.mydearpaw.com.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information.
• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Do not misuse the Service, including reverse engineering or distributing malware.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and AI models are owned or licensed by DearPaw. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of data you submit, such as pet logs. By submitting content, you grant DearPaw a perpetual, worldwide license to use and display that data to operate and improve the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfere with security or functionality.
• Harvest data from other users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account via your profile settings; residual data may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." DearPaw does not offer veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DearPaw's liability is limited to direct damages up to €100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DearPaw from claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
